LIVE-VERIFIED: bun packages/host-bin/src/main.ts boots clean ('Dispatch booted', no disabled extensions) — exec-backend + ssh + all tool extensions load together. Verified: tsc -b EXIT 0, biome clean, 1690 vitest pass (+6 sshd-integration skipped).
