Rename `BITSIZE` to `BIT` and `BIT` to `BIT_POS` for consistency
The bit width terminology is unified to `BIT` according to `MRB_INT_BIT`
and `CHAR_BIT`. Also the bit position terminology is unified to `BIT_POS`.
