rename internal `_c_VA_ARG_SIZE` to `_c_ARG_COUNT`
The "size" in `sizeof` means "number of byte", or "byte count". "ARG_COUNT" is more readable.
Take account of `cvec_x_size`s, size means "number of elements in the array", "count" also makes sense.
