docs(handoff): confirm backend Named Agents is fully shipped (no backend work outstanding)
The backend (commit 9039559) already implements list_agent_models (registry-only), summon_agent 'agent' with exactly-one-of, and the /named-agents CRUD + snapshot wiring. Update the living handoff to reflect there is nothing left for the backend; the only next ask is the joint live probe (user boots the backend).
