+- `features/markdown/logic/markdown.ts`: `renderMarkdown` / `renderMarkdownTail` accept per-conversation
+  `image: { apiBase, cwd? }`. A custom marked renderer rewrites Markdown image token hrefs:
+  `file://…` → decoded absolute path, `/abs/path` → itself, relative → joined to `cwd`, `~/…` passed
+  through for backend expansion; `http(s)://`, `data:`, and other schemes are untouched. Local paths
+  become `${apiBase}/local-image?path=<encodeURIComponent>` via `resolveImageUrl` (empty `apiBase` →
+  root-relative). Rewriting happens on the token stream, so fenced/inline code is never touched.
