docs: add tab persistence + conversation compacting to roadmap
Roadmap items 9 and 10:
- Tab persistence: active/idle/closed conversation lifecycle status,
restore tabs across devices on browser connect.
- Compacting: automatic (token threshold setting) + manual (button click),
summarize old history to reclaim context window.
