Fix class name validation in `Struct.new`

Before this patch:

  $ bin/mruby -e 'p Struct.new("A-")'
  #=> Struct::"A-"

After this patch:

  $ bin/mruby -e 'p Struct.new("A-")'
  #=> NameError: identifier A- needs to be constant
