ui: add X-axis positioning to all layout elementscyberdeck
- UILayout gains titleX, statusX, helpX, smartPlayX, secNavX
- All elements freely draggable in both X and Y in Layout editor
- draw_text_centered() now takes centerX parameter
- section nav positions relative to secNavX
